Return & Refund Policy

We offer a
30-day return window on all orders. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at
support@fastfurios.com and we will make it right.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Item must be in its original, unused condition — not applied to any surface.
- Item must be in original packaging with all components included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Custom-designed orders are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the design does not match what was approved.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Stickers or kits that have been applied or partially applied to any surface.
- Custom or personalized orders (unless defective).
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items showing signs of misuse or damage not caused by manufacturing defects.
3. How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@fastfurios.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Ship the item back to the address provided using a trackable service.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 days depending on your bank.
- PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
We do not charge restocking fees on standard returns.
5. Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for the same product in a different design or color, subject to availability. Contact us at support@fastfurios.com to request an exchange.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
